-Membership is renewed automatically on a monthly basis regardless of whether a member uses Pink Parlour services. To opt-out from auto renewal, a member must submit his/her cancellation notice 2 weeks before the next recurring date via email to kitten@pinkparlour.com.sg
-Membership is subject to approval and is strictly non-transferable.
-Membership is not exchangeable or refundable once purchased/ transacted.
-Membership can only be purchased online or in store.
-Members have to present their NRIC or any other valid card with photo identification for every redemption.
-Members will be limited to 2 treatments throughout the period of 14 days prior to Chinese New Year.
-Members who are found guilty of violating the membership terms eg. sharing of ID upon redemption, will have their membership terminated and will be liable to payment of the treatment cost. They will also not be entitled to re-registration of subsequent memberships.
-Members will be billed from the date they purchase the membership and THE BILLING DATE WILL BE CONSTANT UNLESS CANCELLATION IS MADE.
-Members must notify Pink Parlour of any change in card details or billing address and other personal particulars. The Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may arise due to incorrect or outdated records.
-Pink Parlour reserves the right to terminate the membership due to non-receipt of subscription fees.
-Members are strongly discouraged to do nail treatments too often as it might cause damage to the nails, resulting in an exposed nail bed.
-Nails treatments are limited to 2 times a day for the safety of customers.
-A member found to have misled the Company will have his/her membership revoked.
-All membership subscription fees are strictly non-refundable regardless of resignations, terminations, or change of membership types.
-A monthly e-statement is sent to all our members containing the membership details. Please contact us if you do not receive your Pink Parlour e-statement.
-You agree to be bound by Pink Parlour's Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, which outlines how Pink Parlour manages your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, and will be deemed to have consented to Pink Parlour's collection, use or disclosure of your personal data for purposes set out therein relating to members, Pink Parlour's general business purposes, any purposes reasonably connected with the above mentioned purposes and any other purposes for which Pink Parlour has specifically obtained your consent.
-Pink Parlour reserves the right to amend any Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
Guarantee
-We may offer refund only if you do not get to enjoy a minimum of 2 nail treatments during the 1st month window.
-We do not offer refund for all the previous month payment made should you choose to request for a refund after 2 months or more period of the membership.
-Refund will be granted on the latest 1 month charged only if you have not redeem any of the treatments within that window period.
